Outcomes are won
between the deck and the delivery.
I've spent twenty years in enterprise technology, the last thirteen in insurance and financial services, growing from hands-on delivery into officer-tier leadership. What I love is the messy middle: turning a strategy everyone nodded at into something that actually ships, and lately, helping cautious organizations adopt AI without losing their guardrails.
Worked alongside McKinsey, EY, and Pivotal across a Fortune 250 insurer, a $10T global asset manager, and a Fortune 100 insurer — trusted by the firms to partner on design, and by the organization to deliver what we built.
I'm at my best where the big plan meets daily reality. I've designed and run operating models at Fortune 250 scale, led transformations across thousands of people, and spent the last two years building the enablement and governance that lets a large organization actually use AI, not just talk about it.
What I'm proud of is the range. I can sit in the steering committee and shape the operating model, and I can go home and build the thing myself when that's the fastest way to prove it works. PolicyProof began exactly that way: a proof of concept, when a relative in the insurance industry asked how AI might be applied to a specific use case.
Designed and ran the enterprise operating model, delivering eight-figure operational savings across 45 value streams, 130 teams, and 1,500 practitioners. Owned the AI enablement function: an enterprise Claude pilot, an SDLC redefinition for safe AI-augmented delivery, and the governance to scale it.
Part of the leadership team that scaled a customer-experience-led operating model from a 100-person pilot to a 3,000-person transformation. Built and led an organization of 30 program managers and founded an internal capability academy.
Delivered a core component of the Surety Workbench platform, a multiyear, eight-figure program coordinating hundreds of developers across US and EMEA teams to a synchronized go-live.
A through-line of operating-model design and transformation in regulated, audit-driven, and global environments.
Things I've actually built, not just advised on. Governed AI, and the thinking underneath it.
An oversight layer that designs your AI operating model, plus three execution tools — Prioritize, Assess, and Monitor — that run the work inside it. One coherent path from boardroom idea to measured enterprise AI transformation.
concepttovalue.com →A second-opinion check on insurance claim denials. It reads the full policy, tests the carrier's denial against the coverage and the state's unfair-claims statutes, and drafts a pushback letter when it doesn't hold up. Every quoted line is verified in code; nothing is ever stored.
